We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, lead magnet, chatbot or WhatsApp: name, phone/WhatsApp number, and optionally your inquiry message.

Purpose

Your data is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you give consent, to send you information about our services. We will never spam you nor sell your data.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your express consent, given when filling and submitting the form.

Retention period

We will keep your data for the time necessary to handle your inquiry, or until you request its deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, restrict processing and port your data. To exercise them, write to hola@tapdigital.es. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Data processors

We use providers like Supabase (storage/edge functions) and WhatsApp (communication). They have their own GDPR guarantees.
